I am so pleased with the new memory care activities! I stop in and my mom is smiling and a busy bee. I want to thank Meg for the pictures she sends me of my mom in a variety of fun looking activities . It pretty amazing how she gets all of those people to join in all by herself. Keep up the good work!

Dining room service is abusive. I come down to order at the designated order area for take out. No one ever comes. I go to the nearest table. Wait another 20 minutes. Then another 15 minutes till I leave. Once again. There's no management in the kitchen it seems. I order room services getting $5 in delivery. Usually they make it if not I have to buy out. I no longer recommend this place to live. I had a nurse appointment. I didn't even get my food

Its unacceptable how poorly they take care of these poor people here! I went to visit one of my family members and the memory care was awful! Everything stunk and it seems like they don't take care of anyone at all. Do not recommend having anyone here.

I am so upset by how stinky and dirty the memory care was this weekend. My family member had the same clothes on as yesterday and stunk. We visited hAnd the poor caregiver told me she had no help and is her usually herself on the weekends. And how rude is the medtech. I am not the POA but my sister will hear about this.

We recently moved our father into Thunderbird Assisted & Senior Living, and I want to share how incredibly gracious and accommodating the staff has been. They have supported us every step of the way. Even their vendors, like Ken, who doesn’t work directly for the property, have offered assistance. A special thank you goes to Katey Scott, Family Advisor—don't hesitate to call her to learn more about the services they offer—and Stephanie Robinson, Resident Services Director. Since this was our first experience moving a loved one into a senior living facility, these extraordinary individuals made a challenging situation significantly more bearable. We cannot thank Katey, Stephanie, and the entire staff at Thunderbird Assisted & Senior Living enough for their help. We highly recommend Thunderbird Assisted & Senior Living and encourage you to explore the many benefits of their facility!
