I had a wonderful experience with Terra Pointe Memory Care. The staff consistently treats with kindness, dignity, and compassion. The community is clean, welcoming, and designed to provide a safe and comfortable environment for residents living with memory loss. I appreciated the communication from the team and the genuine care they showed every day. Knowing this community, it is surrounded by attentive caregivers Thank you to the entire Terra Pointe team for the dedication and support you provide to residents and their families.
Our mom has dementia. We toured and then placed our mom in Terra Pointe. It is very nice. The staff are friendly and willing to help. She has her own room with private bathroom. The food served is amazing. They have activities for mom to do with the other residents. She is thriving and making friends. We appreciate the care that they are giving to our mom.
I have been holding Singalongs at Terra Pointe Memory Care in Glendale for over four years now. I can tell you that I see happy and well-cared for individuals every time I go. The care team is truly concerned with the well-being of their residents. The positive energy at Terra Pointe Memory Care is contagious. I would highly recommend this home for your loved ones.
A very beautiful and clean establishment. I toured the facility in hopes of finding long term care for my dearest grandmama. The staff was incredibly friendly and bubbly during the tour. I don't think I passed a single person that didn't have a smile on their face. Terra Pointe will definitely a top of the list consideration.
If you're worried about where to place your loved one who needs memory care, look no further. This is a wonderful, clean facility that knows what they are doing. Awesome staff, who become family. Great location and best of all the food is amazing. They have a real chef on board. They do lots of activities for the residents. It's more than just a facility, it a home. Great administration as well. Thank you Terra Pointe for everything!!!
