This is a TERRIBLE home to have your loved one. My grandma has fallen 3 times in the last week. No one is with her, she keeps falling out of bed. They are not accommodating her needs either. They let their patient run crazy locked in their own wing with NO physical supervision. We should not be relying on cameras to take care of our elders. These people pay a lot of money to be taken care of here and they cant even give my grandmother a simple shower. She now has a broken hip and arm. She has hit her head and this facility has not benefitted her AT ALL. My grandma has, in fact, gotten worse. I hate this place now and its OVERRATED. I will be filing a complaint..
We have lived at the Madison for almost a year, and I would like to acknowledge staff that makes it such a great place to live. Our Assistant Executive Director, Kelela, does such a wonderful job. She seems to have such great ideas for interesting things for the residents. We just had Christmas in July, and she did all kinds of decorations, and entertainment. This is just one small example! We are very thankful for her!
The staff here cares more about their residents then any other facility that I have seen. They truly care for your loved ones no matter what part of the Madison they live in. More than professional, caring, and go above and beyond. More than thankful for The Madison!
We couldn’t be more grateful for Kelela at The Madison Senior Living. My father moved in this past July, and from day one, Kelela has gone above and beyond in every possible way. Her dedication to his health, her genuine care, and the strong sense of community she helps create truly stand out.
It’s clear that Kelela doesn’t just do her job — she truly loves what she does, and more importantly, she truly loves the residents. I can see the warmth, respect, and kindness she shows my father every day, and that brings our family incredible peace of mind.
We feel very confident in our decision to move him to The Madison, and much of that confidence comes from the exceptional care and compassion Kelela provides. She is truly a blessing, and we are so thankful for her.
I’m so thankful for The Madison! We moved my, almost 90 year old, grandma into the Independent Living community almost 1 year ago and it’s been the best decision we made for her. Shes so happy here!! She feels loved everyday & has so much fun! She didn’t realize she could make such good, new friends at her age! Special thanks to Keleala, Christie & Willie - she raves about these employees!
