Marli Osterloh in memory support is truly exceptional. She is one of the kindest, most caring caregivers I’ve ever met. Marli consistently goes above and beyond for the residents and their families. She has a genuinely sweet and compassionate nature, and it shows in everything she does.
She is incredibly patient, reliable, and always willing to help others, no matter how busy she is. You can tell she loves what she does and puts her heart into her work every day.
My daughter in law Marli Osterloh who works in memory support at this facility. She loves it there and all the patients, as well as her co-workers. She is such a loving caring woman. She is dedicated to her family, friends and those she cares about as well as her job . She is always there to lend a hand or an ear to listen when you need someone. She is beautiful inside and out.. A caring gentle soul. I'm so glad she found her passion in caring for others in memory support at this facility.
My opinion of this facility is so incredibly high due to one particular staff member employed in the memory care portion of Chaparral Winds Assisted Living. When I tell you I have never seen anyone love their job as much as Marli, I mean it. Anytime she shares about her place of work, she is filled with joy, passion, and a desire to be the best of the best. Marli constantly goes above and beyond her job detail. She is always willing to lend a helping hand. Her positive attitude is a light in a place that can feel extremely dark at times. She is motivational and kind. She understands the needs of her residents, and ensures proper care that is unmatched. She is ALWAYS willing to do the hard things. This job is not always glamorous, but she does it with a smile anyway. If you have a family member that is in need of memory care, you will find nobody better than Marli to love them through such a difficult time. She truly is something special.
I love visiting Chaparral Winds Assisted Living every Monday to do a music and movement class with the residents! The atmosphere here is fantastic—the residents are always in such a great mood. A huge shout-out to Lisa, the Activities Director, and Malena who are always incredibly helpful and make these visits a success.
I am a singer who has performed over 20 times at this wonderful facility. The staff (especially Lisa) is top-notch and a joy to interact with. It's always super clean and you can tell they take a great pride in giving their residents a safe living environment. If ever I'm in need of the services they provide, this facility will be at the top of my list!
