We move my mom Into Mountain Park Senior Living about a year and a half ago. She started an independent and was moved a couple months ago to assisted-living. The staff and caregivers have been amazing, especially Michelle Jamora, the nurse who keeps me updated and has made my mom and our family feel so welcome. I can count on her to make sure I’m kept aware of any changes and updates of my mom. I’d also like to thank caregivers Neda and Lisa. They have been so kind and caring and loving to my mom. Mitzi is always so welcoming at the front desk. While the food and the dining room service needs improvement, I would recommend others to consider care for their loved ones at Mountain Park Senior Mountain Park Sr Living.
Moving my mom into assisted living nine months ago was a tough transition, but the care team at Mountain Park made all the difference. Brenda, Mitzi, Lisa, Neda, Nina, Katherine, Sam and the entire care tech team—though I know I’m missing many names—are incredibly compassionate and helpful.
A special thanks goes to Michelle, the Nursing Director, who went above and beyond by visiting my mom several times during a recent hospital stay and helping us navigate her safe return home. Her insights and guidance through the complex medical system have been invaluable.
My only critique is the dining service, as they often seem short-staffed and one of the dining rooms mom prefers is closed frequently.
Overall, the exceptional care and heart from the staff make me so thankful we chose Mountain Park. I would recommend them time and time again to families looking for a dedicated care team.
Mountain Park hires the BEST people! Michelle is so kind and helpful. And so are Mitzi and Brenda and the rest of the staff.
The building is beautiful, clean and provides good activities for my mom. My mom enjoys the restaurant (even though sometimes a wait, due to lack of workers).
I really appreciate this home for my mother! 🩷
Mountain Park is such a beautiful place. My mother has Alzheimers but she always had a beatiful home and aesthetics were always important to her and still are, luckily Mountain Park is a beautiful environment, and Mom notices.
The staff is awesome! So welcoming and friendly. Always greeted with a smile. Mom, like most, was very hesitant to leave her home but she comments on nearly every visit how friendly people are and how beatiful the surroundings are. Shout out to all the wonderful people who work there and make my mom feel welcome and safe.
I found Mountain Park to be a very friendly place. Staff and residents have a good relationship. It was clean. The rooms I saw were nice sized. It is in a great location with shopping near by and close to major freeways. The activities were plentiful and a good variety. This is at the top of my list right now.
