The sales director, Brittany, is fabulous to work with. I’ve worked with her in 2 different professional roles and she has been organized, communicative and genuinely cares for the seniors she works with. Brittany goes out of her way to ensure the residents are happy for making Vista del Rio their home! It’s also had a beautiful remodel recently and is always active with events every time I visit. Definitely a stand out community in Peoria!
I have been very pleased with the care and support provided by RIO VISTA. The staff members are compassionate, attentive, and treat residents with dignity and respect. They take the time to address concerns, communicate with family members, and ensure that residents' needs are met promptly.
Brittany Cargill, Director of Sales is wonderful t8 work with. I have referred several clients and they have been well taken care of....professional, caring and extremely responsive!
I love Vista del Rio! The employees are beyond amazing. Always available with a smile to assist in any way. The residents are friendly and welcoming. There is always something to do with lots of planned activities and delicious meals.
My wife and I had to move from our previous senior living facility because they sold the complex. Naturally, as a fixed income couple, we were looking for a place that was affordable. Boy what a pleasant surprise when we found Vista del Rio. Not only was it affordable, but it had all the amenities you could ask for. Our two bedroom apartment is perfect for us with a nice cooling system that is needed in this environment. They have plenty of activities just about every day from bingo to a sociable poker group. There is a nice library, a heated pool, but best of all is the food especially when compared to what we had at our previous place. They always have a nice main course, but then surprisingly there are five more different choices. At lunch and supper they also have a good soup and a nice dessert. On top of all of this, the personnel who are in management are tops. They are courteous and always helpful. What more can we say!
We love it here from a happy couple.
