A pleasant surprise meeting the new Wellness Director of this facility. It has needed a strong preference for some time and she is hitting the ground running. There's nothing Megan and her team won't do. I see the changes for the better already. Hats off to them!

I went to visit my brother and from his fairly dim room I noticed an interaction with a patient and nurse in the hallway. I don't know who this nurse was but she was so kind and gentle this patient was a little upset and she just smiled and dealt with him beautifully. I was so impressed. God bless her. It's what you do when you think no one is watching that defines the person you truly are.

Citadel Senior Living is an amazing community in Mesa. I can see how happy and active the seniors are within the community. It’s absolutely amazing that they offer Independent, Assisted Living and Memory. But the best part of the community is the kind, caring, loving and understanding staff they have hired on. Management has been absolutely wonderful with taking the time to focus not only care for the residents. But taking the time to listen to families and residents of the needs. I am beyond blessed to be part of this community. Families that are in need of these services need to know about Citadel because I can definitely can recommend this place. I can see my parents living here if they ever need their services!
