The chef, staff and entertainment are wonderful during family events! The only issue that I experienced was that there was not enough room in the dining space to accommodate the residents, family and friends. Tables had to be set up in the hallway preventing access to the entertainment and made it very difficult for people to navigate especially with walkers or wheelchairs. The last event i attended, my family and I had to sit in the hallway and we felt disconnected from the fun. I would hate for this to prevent anyone from feeling welcome to come because it's such a great time for us all to connect. I'd love to see an expansion if possible!

Went to visit my dad when these two rude cook hope and Arianna when I went to ask about their dining hours was giving an attitude like I was interrupting their conversation, who ever is in charge needs to do better at keeping these people in charge, might have to move my dad somewhere else gods knows what they do when I'm not there

Our father has been a member of the Brookdale Baywood community for 4years. He has made many friends, enjoys their many activities, and wonderful food. Brookdale’s professional, competent and caring staff are stellar. We have to rely heavily on them since we live in another state. Brookdale cares for our father as if he were family. We trust Brookdale.

We just had Motheres Day dinner with our mom at Brookdale. The food was delicious and everyone there is so kind to our mom. Chef Bob went out of his way to make us feel welcome. We look forward tto more gatherings like this. Thank you for taking such good care of our mom. And, for making us feel so welcome.
