As a Senior Placement Advisor, I confidently give Solana Assisted Living a five-star review. From my experience placing clients in their care, the team consistently demonstrates professionalism, compassion, and a genuine commitment to resident well-being.
The staff takes the time to understand each individual’s needs, ensuring a smooth and thoughtful transition for both residents and their families. Communication is clear and timely, which is invaluable during what can often be an emotional decision-making process. The environment is welcoming, clean, and designed to promote both comfort and dignity.
What stands out most is their attention to personalized care and the respect shown to every resident. Families I’ve worked with have expressed strong satisfaction and peace of mind, knowing their loved ones are in capable and caring hands.
I highly recommend Solana Assisted Living to anyone seeking a supportive, trustworthy, and high-quality senior living option.
We are so grateful for the care and compassion shown to my father. The staff is thoughtful, attentive, and always makes sure he is well taken care of. They truly make our entire family feel like part of theirs. We have complete peace of mind knowing he is in such loving hands. Highly recommend!
Our family couldn’t be more grateful for the care our loved one receives at Solana senior Living. Transitioning to assisted living is never easy, but the professionalism of the staff made all the difference. They treat every resident with such dignity and respect. We’ve been especially impressed with their Memory Care team—they are patient, highly trained, and truly understand the unique needs of those with cognitive challenges. It’s a huge relief knowing she is in such a safe, clean, and professional environment. Highly recommend to anyone in Surprise Arizona looking for top-tier senior care!
Volunteering at Solana Assisted Living was a rewarding experience. The staff, including Alicia, Maui, Don, and Jessell, were welcoming and supportive.
Spending time with residents - talking, listening to their stories, and assisting with activities was the most meaningful part and left a lasting impression.
The facility was clean, and well-maintained, reflecting attentive care. Overall, it was a valuable experience I would recommend to anyone interested in giving back and connecting with others.
My dad is a resident at Solana Senior Living. He has Alzheimers and many other medical needs and challenges and is receiving excellent care here! The home is designed specifically for seniors and their needs. It is light and bright, has private rooms and bathrooms, large walk-in/roll-in showers as well as a large common area. The staff and management have been fantastic. They are very responsive to the needs of my dad, keep me informed and truly care about his well-being. The food is excellent and most residents eat together to socialize. Family is encouraged to visit and be involved and the entire house celebrates birthdays and special occasions. I am so thankful we found such a wonderful care home for my dad and give it my strongest recommendation for anyone looking for the right place for a loved one. It is worth a tour.
