My friend has been with Imperial Palace for almost a year, and it has been a wonderful experience. The owner, Jocelyn, was instrumental in getting her ALTCS certified and she and the staff have taken excellent care of her. The home is clean, quiet, secure, and has a family-like atmosphere. Communication has been excellent as well. Highly recommended!!
The care my mother receives is superior and the management is great. I'm in contact with the owner whenever I need anything and my mom's care needs are expressed to me always immediately. I feel as though my mother is safe and cared for!
Imperial Palace assisted living was a very kind and caring place for my husband. It’s a clean, small independently ran facility. I was kept informed of his care and treatments.
