I can't write enough good things about Holiday Vista and it's staff. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful from the initial contact right through the move in. Lisa was so wonderful! She responded quickly to all my questions... there were a lot. She was very understanding in moms apprehension and my stress. Mom has been there for two weeks now and absolutely loves it! The residents are so friendly, mom is meeting new people every day. She loves the food and social scene.
Recently, my Step-Dad Jerry and I decided to look at senior living options in the Sun City West, Surprise AZ area. There are many.....
I looked at the Holiday Vista de la Montana web site and was impressed. It is not a nursing home, it is, however, a senior living community and the web site showed that. I asked for more information and was put in touch with Lisa, the sales and marketing manager. She listened to my story, and suggested that we come in for a tour and lunch.
Jerry was still on the fence about moving. We went for the tour and met Lisa and several of her staff. I was impressed that she knew all of the 100 plus residents of the community by first name. The staff was also impressive, smiling and always greeting whoever they came across. The facility was immaculate, to say the least.
After meeting with Jerry, and listening to his story, wants and needs Lise had the perfect apartment in mind for him. First floor, direct access to the parking lot with his car about 35 feet away.
Lunch was outstanding. The folks we sat with had been there for years and had nothing but praise for the staff and accommodations. One lady played the piano while we waited and everyone, staff and residents all were happy.
Jerry agreed to move to Holiday, and, while I am many miles away I can now rest assured that he is in a great place with great people.
In short, all of the amenities, activities and services listed on the web site are accurate, the meals are professionally prepared and the common areas are all immaculate.
If you are looking for a place for yourself or a loved one, look no further. This is it!!
The rooms are beautiful and affordable. The dining room provides a great dining experience for the residents. They offer lots of engaging, fun activities and very friendly stuff!
After I searched across the valley of the sun for the right place for my parents and took them to tour several, They found Montana on their own.... They loved the community feel and it was in the area they felt at home in. The staff handled the process so professionally and with absolute care. The facility is just right and the meals are amazing! Highly recommend
It really is resort living! The food is great, but more importantly the staff is the best. JASPER, one of the staff, is incredible! Always going the extra mile! He is super positive and always willing to help. We'll done!
