This is not a safe home. If your family member last name Anderson is here, he is not safe. His caretaker doesn’t speak the same language as him and was allowing this confused elderly man to hobble door to door looking in 110+ degree heat for someone to sign him out of the facility and drop him off somewhere in Phoenix.
I’m exploring ways to report this. Someone is likely to die or be seriously harmed if this is the care available here.
