The staff is truly remarkable, always attentive, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for each resident. They take the time to get to know the residents and their families, ensuring that everyone feels valued and respected. The house is clean, bright, and inviting, with comfortable living spaces that feel like home. If you are considering assisted living for your loved one, I highly recommend Cloister Assisted Living. Glecy (the owner) and her team threw my mother-in-law out of this care home with no notice and no chance to find a new place to live after 4 weeks of living here. We moved my mother-in-law here 4 weeks ago, she was the first and only resident. Glecy preformed a patient examination prior to move-in and received detailed information from my mother-in-law's last home about her condition. Glecy and the other 2 owners gladly accepted her and she lived here for 4 weeks. During that time she was the only resident. So the other "5 star" reviews from 3 weeks ago are bogus. (Those other "reviewers" have no other reviews or contributions made other then the 1 "5 star" rating for this home.) After 4 weeks - we were told that my mother-in-law is hard to take care of and they are refusing to take care of her any longer. We were given zero notice and no time to find a a new place for her to live. She is now essentially homeless. We pleaded and begged for them to give us any time to allow us to find her a new place to live - but they plainly didn't care and threw her out like trash to the curb. Don't trust these people with your loved ones. The same goes for her other care home in Chandler: "Glecy Infinity Care Assisted Living". Its staffed and run by the same people.
