I can’t say enough wonderful things about this team. From the moment you walk through the doors, it’s clear they genuinely care about each resident and treat them with dignity, compassion, and respect. The staff is attentive, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure residents feel safe, comfortable, and valued.
Communication with families and healthcare partners is excellent, and the collaboration they demonstrate truly reflects their commitment to providing the highest quality of care. The home is warm, welcoming, clean, and creates an environment where residents can thrive while maintaining their independence and quality of life.
It is a privilege to partner with a community that consistently puts residents first. I highly recommend this group home to families seeking compassionate care and to healthcare professionals looking for a trusted, collaborative partner.
My mom has been here just over 2 months. I am out of state. Communication with the Manager and the Owners has been good. I get updates about how she is doing, any changes or concerns regularly. The partnership with hospice is good. The staff has been good with getting her comfortable in the home. I highly recommend Paraclete Haven of Grace.
Paraclete Haven of Grace has been wonderful. They have gone above and beyond to help me with my brother. They even went to pick up his medication. Communication with the manager has been great. I can’t say enough good things about Elisha. My brother was in a different home prior to this and the difference is night and day. They do a great job.
Paraclete Haven of Grace is a wonderful facility. The staff are very nice and friendly, caregivers are caring and knowledgeable and the home is clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend this home for a loved one.
