Our family cannot thank the owners and staff at Colter enough for the amazing care they take of my dad, who is not only a stroke survivor, but is blind. Everyone there has not only cared for his daily needs, but have taken great care and compassion in making sure he feels safe, loved, and comfortable. It is a tremendous relief to know he is in the best hands. The home itself is beautiful, spacious, and uncluttered. The food is great and prepared fresh daily. They also go above and beyond for holidays. The communication is always prompt and proactive. We are incredibly grateful to have found them.

I am a RN that had a friend that was a hospice patient of mine in this facility after she was transferred from another location, and I cannot say enough positive things about the experience. She was exceptionally well cared for and kept comfortable throughout her entire stay, right until she completed this journey and began her next one. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate, and the environment was clean, calm, and truly positive. It was clear that patient comfort and dignity were top priorities. The owners are also in the medical field and are very hands-on, actively involved in patient care and the overall experience, which made a meaningful difference. I can’t fully express how pleased and reassured I felt with the care provided. If you are looking for an environment where you don’t have to question whether you made the right decision, Colter Luxury Assisted Living is absolutely that place.

This facility and staff are amazing, especially during difficult times with loved ones in declining health. The facility is beautiful and clean. The food fresh. The staff is caring , compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. They cared for our mom while in hospice giving her the best medical care while keeping her comfortable ( as a nurse I am especially insightful). I highly recommend trusting your loved one to them.

When I was searching for a home to place my mom 6 months ago, I was terrified. I had mixed emotions, guilt, fear, anxiety, sadness and worried that she wouldn’t feel at home. Boy was I wrong. After 5 minutes at Colter Luxury Assisted Living, I knew this was the home for my mom. I had two other homes to look at that day and canceled the tours, that’s how sure I was. My mother has been living there for over 6 months. I have nothing but great things to say about this home. Everyone who works there is really friendly and professional. They take care of my mom like she was family. The home is spotless and always smells good. They’re always cooking great food, and if for some reason my mom doesn’t want what’s for lunch or dinner, the caregivers will prepare something just for her. What else could I ask for? Today was my mom’s 94th birthday and the owners (who are extremely nice and caring) bought my mom a cake and put up birthday decorations in the dining room. The 2 caregivers, the owners and 2 other residents and myself sang Happy birthday. I really couldn’t ask for better treatment for my mom. All I can say is that my mom feels loved there, she’s always clean, and smiles at everyone. I’m so happy I found this home, I feel a great relief knowing that she’s in great hands. Also, as far as the 1 star review that a Mr. or Mrs. Gracia left, I believe he/she made a mistake and meant to leave a 1 star review for the apartment complex directly across the street from Colter luxury Assisted Living. Those apartments are called “Collins Off Colter”. Also, if you read this persons 1 star review, you'll find the word "apartment". I have a friend that lives in that complex and it’s not what you would call extravagant.
