We needed to move our Dad to a group home because he needed more individual care than could be provided at his prior assisted living facility. After speaking with Alix, I immediately knew that Aspire Care Home was the place for him. Alix was amazing and we put the transition together in just a few days. When I told her that hospice care believed Dad’s remaining time would likely be short, Alix’s response was that “while it may be a short stay, it will be a good stay.” And that it was. Tiffany and Fredrick were very caring during the Dad’s stay and we feel Dad was where he needed to be during his last days. The house itself was very nice and very clean, and I would certainly recommend Aspire Care Home to others.
The home does in fact feel like a home. It is clean, bright - rooms have natural light and are of decent size. Alix, the owner of Aspire is very helpful, cares about her clients and what is best for them. My Mom has responded well here post skilled nursing care facility. Here attitude, cognitive abilities are coming back strong in this peaceful environment. Aspire has been an excellent place for her as she deals with such a big change of going from independent living to a group/assisted care home in a short period of time.
I strongly recommend Aspire. Alix and her team are not just caregivers; they are warm-hearted individuals who treat their clients like family. From the very first interaction, it was evident that Alix and her team are true professionals approach caregiving with genuine empathy. They took the time to understand my mother-in-law’s needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized care plan that was tailored for her comfort and dignity. It was such a relief to see her receive support in such a nurturing environment. Aspire Care Home is a shining example of what compassionate and quality care should look like.
Having to make the decision of where to send a loved one was a decision I was not eager to make. I knew it would be a strenuous process, and I had many questions regarding the caregiving process as a whole. I visited many homes and facilities, and I was determined to find a place with one important feature, and that was it had to feel like home. Luckily, after a vigorous search, I found a place I know my loved ones will feel proud to call their home.
I initially spoke with Alix on the phone, and she immediately made me feel comfortable and warm. After she informed me about Aspire Care Home, and after speaking for a few minutes regarding the details of the home, we were able to set up a time she could show me the house. She was able to set the showing around my schedule and was gracious in showing me the different bedroom options, and explaining to me the different perks of living at Aspire. I knew after meeting with Alix that this was a place my loved ones will truly love to be.
I visited many care homes with one intention, and that was to find a place that felt like home. i found that at Aspire Care Home. I recommend Aspire to anyone in need of a care home that is clean, cozy, and surrounded by great caregivers and staff that will care for your family as if they are family.
Alix and her team cared for my Grandmother for some of her last years. It’s hard to find someone who is caring compassionate and is understanding about this transition in both the family’s life and the clientele. I am so happy that she is continuing to serve the elderly community in this way!
