I’ve had the pleasure of working with Vanessa and Elizabeth multiple times, and they are both consistently professional, sincere, and genuinely compassionate. They ask the tough questions to ensure nothing is overlooked for her clients. Whenever Vanessa or Elizabeth calls, I know it’s going to be a great experience. My Mom recently passed after living with the angels at Lake Pleasant Assisted Living for over 3 years. Our family has been so blessed to know that our Mother was cared for so well over these years. It was hard to let go and it is such a blessing to know during her last years that she was so well cared for and treated with such Love, Kindness and Respect. The entire staff were always to kind to our whole family as well and made us feel so welcome when we where there. They even let us have family events there, so that we could all be there together. I wish that every person could have this kind of care and live in a Beautiful home like Lake Pleasant Assisted Living, it sure would make the world a Better Place. We will miss you all so much, we came to love you all. Thank You from the Bottom of Our Hearts.

I’m convinced that the owner of this facility, Vanessa, is an actual earth-angel. Not only is her facility beautiful and luxurious, but she is one of the kindest and most compassionate people I have met. When you need to find help or home for your loved one, it’s a lot to manage mentally and emotionally. You need someone like Vanessa to guide you and educate you throughout the process. When I had to find a care home for my mother, I do not know what I would have done without Vanessa and her team. The guidance and follow up she provided was such a comfort and a literal answer to my prayers. If looking for a partner in care, do yourself a favor and reach out to Vanessa first, before doing anything else. Thank you Vanessa, our family loves you!

Vanessa is the nicest owner. She and her caregivers are the best. The food is great. Lots of activities and places to get away from your room. Everyone of the patients are sweet people. I was in another home before and it was awful. I felt like I was in heaven on earth. They have a great rehab teacher that comes in once a week. You can probably hire him to come more. Always loved the workouts. If you get a chance to get in there you will be so happy. I only left to be closer to my church friends. I miss it every day.
