I want to thank Ramona and all the staff at Loyale Assisted Living for the love and care they gave to my mom. My mom came from a larger memory care home that was not a good fit. Loyale Assisted Living is a real home that always took great care of her.
Ramona is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable and always made sure my mom had the best care. I never worried as the staff are exceptional. My mom passed away recently. I honestly can’t think of a better situation than having her last days in a safe place where she was loved. Thank you so much.
Being at Loyale assisted living was a wonderful experience. The people that work there have been so kind, caring and attentive. They have been there for awhile, which means the management is really good to their people. I've been many other places and haven't seen as much patient with the people that live there.This would be a great place for my parents to be.
I honestly am so grateful for Ramona and her team. My mother in law was my best friend, my baby. When viewing homes for her after rehab facilities were not enough, I went to several places to find a great fit. I met Ramona, I chose her home immediately. The environment was literally home. I was there nearly every day and I became part of the family. I was not there when my love passed. But Ramona and her staff was with her at bedside. She passed very comfortable "I will tell myself". This place became my home away from home, my family. I will always be grateful for how hard you fought with me to keep her going. She was ready, and felt comfortable enough with you to leave her earthly body. There are not enough stars to give you. Thank you, I love you so much Ramona!

When I first visited my father-in-law at Loyale, I didn't know what to expect. But I remember walking in the front door and feeling a sense of relief. I was greeted by Ramona and the staff, and everyone was so friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. As I continued to walk around the place it was obvious how much the staff cared about making the place as warm, comfortable and safe for their residents.
My father-in-law has been at Loyale for the past several years now and I couldn't be happier. Loyale treats their residents like family members, and I know my father-in-law, and the other residents, are being well taken care of and are safe and happy. It's great place for my father-in-law to be and in my opinion, is one of the best assisted living places to be. Highly recommend.
