I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but we cannot recommend Silv and his team enough. From the moment we walked in, we knew this was the place for our Norma.
Silv and his amazing caregivers pour their hearts into this!
My friend and I did our due diligence trying to find the best place for Norma. We visited 5 homes and Golden Crown Assisted Living was by far the best place. It was and always is very very clean, the staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable (Shakera is the best!), and Silv (the man who runs the house) is fantastic.
Our Norma arrived in bad shape, on a feeding tube, needing insulin, in so much pain, and battling a bed sore. Silv immediately offered to craft a custom formula for her and tirelessly advocated for medication adjustments with her doctors, without asking for a dime more than just the usual home rate (which was lower than others!).
We couldn't believe that she actually came off her insulin here, stopped needing constant pain meds, and for a good long stretch of time was pain-free and cracking jokes like the old days! At some point, time still caught up and Jesus called her home, but we're so grateful for the quality of life she enjoyed here.
I cannot say enough about Shakera and the other caregivers here! They are simply angels! They put our minds at ease and gave Norma so many precious years of attention that we're so grateful for!

I want to give a shout out to Golden Crown assisted living and their staff. To say this home delivers is an understatement. Silv, Shakera, and rest of the team go beyond our expectations. We did not expect a home manager to craft a custom liquid formula for our Norma. We did not expect an assisted living home to smell like nana's kitchen half the time we visit. Their caregivers are such a joy, and Silv has always been quick to respond at any hour, any weekend and holiday included. Very clean and organized. Glad they didn't have a wait-list! Would choose them a hundred times over!
Just chiming in as a Nurse Practitioner, this home is consistently one of the cleanest, brightest, best vibes you will find around. They really put forth a lot of effort for their residents and it shows! Great staff and amazing patient experience.
It is a great comfort to know that our mother is getting excellent care at Golden Crown. Filip, Silviu and the caregivers are wonderful. They are compassionate, helpful, and responsive. We highly recommend Golden Crown!
Thankful for to Filip and his team for caring so much for my grandpa as he made his final journey.
When I first walked in I had two goals.
1. To find comfort
2. To feel peace.
I met with Filip and his wife and immediately felt at ease. Not only did the take the time to get to know me, but they also took time out of their day to get to know my grandpa. Though our time with them is short, I felt extremely comfortable knowing my grandpa was not only in great hands, but he was safe and comfortable for his final days.
