My family had a very positive experience with Arizona Sunshine Assisted Living. The home has a small, comfortable environment which made it feel more personal compared to large facilities. The caregivers were kind and attentive, and it was reassuring knowing there was staff available 24/7 to help residents with daily needs and medication.

AZ Sunshine Assisted Living provides a caring, safe, and uplifting environment for seniors. The staff is veryy attentive, compassionate, and truly dedicated to each resident’s well-being 🤍🤍The atmosphere feels warm and welcoming just like home. Highly recommend for families seeking quality care and peace of mind!!!!

I would strongly encourage anyone considering this group home for a loved one to do their research before making a decision. My friend had one of the worst experiences of his life whiling living here. At night he was left alone because staff told him they needed their rest and that no one was available during the night. Left with very little water to last until morning. On one occasion, a male staff member brought him warm water and behaved completely innappropriate manner. Melas were often served cold. overall the care was far below what anyone should expect for an elderly resident who depended on staff for his well-being, comfort, and dignity. They also don't answer their phone at this place. Absolutely unprofessional.

I like all of the caregivers. They do a great job. The house is always in order. The menu is decent. Maybe more variety in the vegetables instead of the same mixed vegetables that is served, try some broccoli and cauliflower. Just a thought.

The woman that is in charge during the week Marvalla is very gruff and does not talk polite to the residents. I have heard her several times speaking down to the residents. The food is just ok, nothing fancy. The other staff members I have witness seem polite and compassionate. Marvalla needs to have course on how to treat others. She needs to follow the golden rule. Maybe she doesn't know what that is.
