Azalea Gilbert was the absolute best assisted living home for our mother. Our mother could no longer walk or care for herself and needed 24 hour attention. The manager Cristina, always kept our family informed of her condition and medical needs. Mom could be very difficult and demanding. Dorothy and all the staff treated her with respect and caring. They catered to her needs medically, physically and emotionally with loving care and compassion. Their loving care for our mother provided emotional support to all of us, her family, and we were comforted knowing our mother was well taken care of during her final days. Dorothy and the staff became an extension of her family and we will always love them for their kindness and care of our dear mother.
Azalea Assisted Living has truly been a blessing for our family. We relocated my mother from Oregon about seven months ago after she had been living in a much larger facility, and the difference has been remarkable.
The level of care, patience, compassion, and love that each caregiver provides is extraordinary. Cristina, the owner and a registered nurse, takes a personal interest in every resident’s health and medical needs. She has been incredibly helpful and consistently responsive to any questions or concerns we’ve had.
Dorothy, the lead caregiver, has an outstanding personality and a genuinely caring heart for every resident and their families. Her dedication and kindness shine through in everything she does.
We have complete peace of mind knowing that my mother is receiving the best possible care and is always treated with respect, dignity, and compassion. Thank you to Dorothy and all of the wonderful staff at Azalea Assisted Living for the exceptional care you provide. Our family is truly grateful for everything you do for my mother and for us.
We are incredibly grateful for the care our 90-year-old father received at Azalea Assisted Living in Gilbert. After a heart procedure and a fall, he spent 8 months under their care, and the difference it made in his recovery was truly remarkable.
The entire team is warm, compassionate, and genuinely invested in their residents. He absolutely flourished during his time there, he was happy, gained confidence, and regained strength in a way we truly don’t believe would have been possible without their exceptional support.
A very special thank you to Dorothy, who is one of the kindest, sweetest people we have ever met. Her compassion and attentiveness meant so much to us and to our father. We also want to recognize Cristina, the Manager and Nurse Practitioner, whose communication was outstanding. She consistently went above and beyond, especially in helping coordinate a safe and smooth transition back home. She made sure we were fully prepared, which made the entire process low-stress and successful.
We feel so fortunate and blessed to have found such a warm, welcoming environment with an incredible team. If you are in need of an assisted living home for your loved one, this is where you want them to be. Thank you for everything you’ve done for our family.
We are so glad that we found this beautiful assisted living home, Azalea Assisted Living in south Gilbert for our mother. The staff were wonderful with meeting all of her demands and needs in a timely manner. They were great at communicating with family and directing us to Hospice Care when it was necessary. Our mother celebrated her last birthday in February with family and staff, who called her mom. My wife and I are so thankful that our mother was loved and taken care of with kindness and compassion. We cannot thank Christina and Dorothy and the rest of the staff enough for their committment to our loved one who needed more than we could provide at the time. We highly recommend Azalea Assissted Living in Gilbert, AZ for your loved ones.

A friend recommended Azalea in Gilbert when we needed to move our mom to assisted living. They took such wonderful care of her father, and we can attest to what an amazing care facility this is as we moved our Mom here. Cristina the manager is a NP and was very communicative with us and was quick to act on any health issues that arose. Our mother absolutely adored Dorothy the head care giver who is just the sweetest and they formed a beautiful bond of friendship while she was there. Dorothy was always making my Mom laugh, and made my Mom feel so special and loved even when my Mom was being difficult. All of the caregivers; Dorothy, Hannah, Nadia, Virginia and Heather were so compassionate and very attentive to our Mom's needs and treated her with love, respect, and Kindness always and even called her Mom. The house was always very clean, and they cooked fresh prepared meals daily. They made our Mom and all of us feel like family and it felt like home. They made our Mom's 89th Birthday so special and a big celebration. We are very grateful and blessed to all of them for the loving care they provided our Mom, and can't thank them enough. This is a truly special place that really cares about your loved ones. All of them will always be our family.
