My parents moved here just before Covid. We managed through that and on through the good care and friendships they enjoyed until they passed. They were most appreciative of the staff, caregivers, medical care et al. Everyone knows there needs to be more staff in the caregivers and the dining room at times. This is the premier requirement for 5 STAR satisfaction. A special shout out to the Event coordinators Joel and Ryan, plus the pub staff. The Musical Happy Hours are truly the highlight of the week. The dance classes and games are a joy. Our family thanks you all for making this a most happy community for our parents to enjoy their final years. 💖
I absolutely love Fountain View Village. The facility is beautiful, welcoming, and very community-oriented. The staff and residents are incredibly engaging, and there’s a strong sense of connection throughout.
I especially appreciate their support group for blind and low vision individuals in and around Fountain Hills. It meets on the third Monday of each month—call for more details. They do a great job offering support while still respecting independence, which makes a big difference.
The bistro is also a highlight—delicious lunch options and very kind, helpful staff.

Fountain View Village has been a wonderful place for my father, and one of the standout aspects of the community is the Health and Wellness team—especially Nic. She brings a rare combination of professionalism, warmth, and quiet persistence that truly makes a difference.
My father has never been particularly enthusiastic about physical therapy, but Nic somehow manages to motivate and guide him in a way that is both respectful and effective. She has a calm, encouraging presence, and it’s clear that she understands how to connect with residents as individuals. Thanks to her, he is staying more active and engaged than he otherwise would be, which gives me tremendous peace of mind.
More broadly, Fountain View Village has created an environment that feels supportive, attentive, and genuinely caring. The staff’s commitment to residents’ well-being is evident in the many small, thoughtful interactions that happen every day.
I’m very grateful to Nic and to the entire team at Fountain View Village for the care and attention they provide.
Fountain View Village is one of the nicest communities I have ever been in. Not only is the interior so incredibly beautiful, but everyone who works there is so friendly. You can tell that everybody is happy there- both staff and residents. They really go above and beyond to ensure that everyone is receiving the best experience. The food is spectacular too!
Rosie is one of the most get-it-done people I know. She is on top of everything all the time and is excellent at communicating. She takes her job seriously and it really shows.
I would highly recommend this community to everyone!!!
My mom has lived in Fountain View Village for about 3 years and in visiting her daily we have gained some very close friends, those of which my mom was close to and we continue to visit them several times a week. We have been very impressed with the staff, who sincerely love and care for the residents and we have been especially impressed with Nic Grieve, Director of Residential Health Services. Fountain View Village is a very well appointed community, both in their residential areas as well as their common areas including their dining room, pub, bistro, town square, gym, movie theater, salon, chapels, just to name a few of their amenities. They have a wonderful list of activities from their weekly entertainment to their ever popular line dancing classes. Fountain View Village is the place that my wife and I have chosen when we come to that place in our lives.
