The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about the residents. It gives our family peace of mind knowing our loved ones are in such good hands. The environment is warm, clean, and feels like home. You can tell the team takes pride in what they do and goes above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable

After visiting Primrose Gardens, I left with a very positive impression. The home has such a warm and inviting atmosphere that feels comfortable and homey. The staff were incredibly attentive and caring to the needs of the residents and I was impressed by how clean, tidy, and well organized everything was. The management was especially welcoming, approachable, and great to speak with, which added to my confidence in the home. Choosing a place for a loved one is an incredibly big decision, and based on my visit, I would feel reassured knowing my family member was in an environment that feels like home, especially with staff that appears genuinely attentive, caring, and a management team that makes you feel welcome and comfortable.I would definitely recommend Primrose Gardens if you’re looking for a home where your loved one will be well cared for and the staff really stay on top of things!

I recently attended an open house at Primrose Gardens and was impressed with the warm, welcoming, home-like atmosphere. The smaller residential setting offers a nice alternative to larger assisted living communities. I especially liked learning about their nurse-managed care, awake overnight staff, home-cooked meals, and weekly activities. It’s nice to see an option that focuses on personalized care and taking the time to get to know each resident. Definitely worth considering for families exploring assisted living options!
