Sunrise of Chandler’s operator page matches the West Chandler Boulevard address and describes a single-level community offering assisted living, memory care and short-term stays. It lists studio through two-bedroom floor plans, gardens, porches, a walking path, a beauty salon and scheduled transportation.
Ask to see the actual suite, emergency response system and route to dining and outdoor areas. Discuss how assistance and family communication work in the proposed care neighborhood. Published floor-plan options do not establish which room is currently available, and transport schedules and care charges should be confirmed in the written proposal.

I cannot say enough about Sunrise of Chandler. From the moment you walk into this community you feel the warmth and care. Staff is professional, compassionate and always willing to go above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and valued.
I am a resident at Sunrise of Chandler and I am so deeply grateful for their dual program of care with Aegis Hospice.
Before Sunrise I had developed a serious pressure sore and had become infected and spread to bone. Medical providers advised that it could be treated but would probably never heal.
After the infection and responded to antibiotics and I was no longer attached to IVs. Sunrise excepted me as a resident in patient with age is hospice.
Sunrise provided my every day needs with warm personal care. I was bedbound and caregivers turned me from side to side to reduce pressure. And just provided nurses certified in one care who treated the wind several times a week for many months (almost 21). They were determined that I would heal properly.
I am now completely and joyfully healed. Others who saw this wound at its worst, called it a miracle.
Fidel and his staff took great care of my Dad. Alzheimers is a difficult disease to deal with. Very emotionally draining. Having Sunrise helped a great deal. I'll never forget the kindness that was shown to my Dad. Thank you all.
My father-in-law recently spent a month in respite care at Sunrise Chandler while we were out of state on business.
Kristal, Noel, and Logan immediately put us at ease. The staff is warm and welcoming and quickly took care of any of his needs.
He enjoyed his stay and had nothing but praise for Sunrise and everyone he met.
It was a comfort for us knowing that he was being taken care of so well.
Thank you to all the staff. I highly recommend Sunrise Chandler
Sunrise of Chandler is a truly special place. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth and care that the team brings every day. The building is clean, welcoming, and full of life—from the friendly smiles at the front desk to the laughter coming from the activities room.
The team here genuinely cares about the residents and treats them like family. Whether it’s celebrating birthdays, organizing fun events, or just sitting down to chat, they go the extra mile to make sure everyone feels at home. Communication with families is consistent and transparent, and you can tell they take pride in what they do.
If you’re looking for a senior living community that feels like home, with a team that truly puts their heart into the work, I can’t recommend Sunrise of Chandler enough.
