We are incredibly grateful for Sihreta Jones Wellness Director and her wonderful team she leads at Westbury Senior Living. Knowing that our parents are in their care gives our family such peace of mind. Their kindness, compassion, and genuine care mean so much to us. The love and dedication they show every day truly do not go unnoticed. We are so thankful for all they do for our parents! Additionally Dan Jacob Plant Operations Director has such a quick response to help is with anything we need and get it done! We are thankful for the Westbury Team!
The Memory Care staff became family not only for my Mom but also for me - helping me (and my siblings when they were visiting) navigate the last year and a half of my Mom’s life!! We loved the staff and their constant care and concern for Mom!! And I still love them and miss seeing them daily! ❤️
Absolutely amazing! My mom moved into the 1BR Independent Living apartment, and so far her (and mine!) experience has been wonderful. Everyone from the staff to the residents have been welcoming, and assisting with everything she needed. I highly recommend Westbury!!
Our mother has been at The Westbury, in Assisted Living, for a little over two years now.
We have nothing but praise and gratitude for the team on the Assisted living side. Sihreta, Wellness Director, is incredible. Her attention to the smallest of details is second to none. She truly makes the resident, and their family feel heard and understood She knows everyone by first name, their family members, grandkids, favorite food, favorite activity, even notices when a resident has a change in daily routine, you name it! There has not been a request or concern that we have brought to her attention that has not been regarded with promptness, care and respect.
Everyone from Admin, to care partners, front desk, to the culinary team are just absolutely wonderful. We had some concerns over our mom's dietary needs. The culinary team and servers have gone above and beyond helping our mom make the best choices for her.
The care team does a wonderful job of actively communicating concerns and/or making suggestions on how to support your loved one.
We are so thankful to everyone at the Westbury for their kindness, compassion and professionalism.
Need a better orientation system for new residents.
The 7am-7pm dining room and bistro are wonderful. Food preparation is at times not taste freshly cooked
