I have had my mother in 3 different nursing homes and with that being said, I cannot express how wonderful we have found Hartmann Village to be. We have family members living there now and the place is clean, smells great, the food looks absolutely wonderful and the care they recieve has been superb. The staff has been amazing. They go out of their way to engage the residents in many activities and decorate for holidays. If you are in need of somewhere for a loved one, please check them out. You will not be disappointed.
Working in the healthcare field, I am overjoyed at the level of personal and individual care that my mother receives at Hartmann Village. She considers Hartmann Village, her home. The staff truly cares about my mother, and meeting her unique needs. Even though I live out of state, the staff makes sure I have peace of mind, and always treats me like their family, not a client.The facility is welcoming and beautiful, but the staff is what makes Hartmann Village feel like home. I highly recommend Hartmann Village.
I live here . I want to be as independent as possible. The staff have been increasingly condescending and bossy. I advise looking elsewhere if you want to remain independent.
My mom was there for about 6 months. She had her problems, but Hartman was very good at feeding her and making sure her meds were taken care of. The nurse, Karissa, was very great. I heard the food was also delicious. The place was clean and organized. My only complaint was in trying to get someone to call me back when I'd call and leave a message at the front office. Usually no one would call me back.
